Until recently, integrating technology into education and training posed a significant challenge. Like many organizations, we have embraced the digital era to deliver training programs. Currently, one of the most widely used methods in educational technology is Gamification. In recent training sessions conducted for Grupo Pacha employees, Daniel Ausin put this method into practice.
The term gamification comes from the root word “game.” Thus, gamifying means bringing game mechanics into non-traditional fields, such as professional training, human resources, or workplace performance. In our case, this gaming dynamic leads to better goal achievement by keeping learners actively engaged and invested in all activities.
Without a doubt, it is an outstanding method to maximize students’ skills through hands-on experimentation and play.
