Our story
Emergency Staff was founded in Ibiza in June 2007 by Lluís Andrés Tubau and Andrés García Córdoba.
With a clear vision, they aimed to bring healthcare and professional medical attention to where it was most needed: in dynamic, demanding environments with high concentrations of people.
Our story is, in essence, a story of values, humanity, and a vocation for service. From day one, our purpose has been clear: to protect lives, train professionals, and build safer environments, always acting with compassion, respect, and responsibility.
That decision marked the beginning of a pioneering model of out-of-hospital medical management at events, based on proactive prevention, professional presence, and immediate intervention – a model that has evolved over the years, but whose core principles remain unchanged.
