In April, we held the 10th Edition of our INTDRG – DRUG POISONING & INTOXICATIONS training, drawing on over 12 years of clinical assistance experience in Ibiza’s nightlife settings. This occasion was extra special, marking 10 years of passion and hard work dedicated to helping outstanding professionals learn and enjoy this experience. We continued with CPAH – MANAGEMENT OF AGGRESSIVE PATIENTS AND HOSTILE AREAS, focusing on interventions with agitated or aggressive patients. Though lasting only a few days, it was remarkably intense. Brave professionals from Security (Police, Civil Guard, private security…) and Emergency Services (Nurses, Doctors, Nursing Assistants, or EMTs) tackled high-risk situations and high-stress scenarios in teams, including night-phase operations. On May 20th, we also delivered another course, BS – FIREFIGHTERS AND HEALTHCARE STAFF, where mixed teams trained to resolve emergency scenarios involving fires, structural collapses, traffic accidents, etc.
