Many years have passed since Lluís Tubau and Andrés García, directors of Emergency Staff, had the drive, motivation, and determination to launch a company built on the conviction that they could address two specific issues in their sector. On one hand, healthcare assistance for visitors in nightlife environments and the health problems arising from drug consumption among these users. On the other hand, multidisciplinary training for teams involved in emergency response: Healthcare Professionals, Security Forces and Law Enforcement, social workers, and firefighters.
From both of these challenges emerged the solutions proposed by Emergency Staff within a business model where cooperation and social commitment form a foundational pillar of the company.
Like the story of many companies, the initial phase of Emergency Staff’s operations took place in “a garage.” “Their garage”—that special space where they had the opportunity to establish themselves and grow—was represented by the facilities of the Ibiza Business Incubator (Vivero de Empresas). And now, in 2020, the moment has finally arrived to open our very own headquarters—facilities where Mediterranean style, sustainability, an industrial aesthetic, and the organization’s core personal and business values are reflected throughout its design and decor.

This year, as was only natural, we have channeled our healthcare expertise into fighting COVID-19 by providing corporate consulting, training, screening tests, and home PCR testing for corporate employees as well as individuals.
