Some of the employees at The Chinois club, which will soon open its doors to Ibiza’s most exclusive clientele, have completed training in semiautomatic defibrillator operation and BLS (Basic Life Support), coordinated by Antonio Burgos, Nurse and Instructor at Emergency Staff.
Burgos, a nurse and instructor with the training provider, conducted the session to ensure enhanced safety for all club visitors.
The Chinois will be a cardio-protected venue staffed with professionals capable of taking immediate action in the event of cardiac arrest while healthcare emergency services are en route. The training primarily focused on evaluating unconscious patients, performing high-quality chest compressions and ventilations, using a semiautomatic external defibrillator (AED), and placing the patient in the recovery position once breathing resumes until emergency teams take over.
