We have completed training for the final cohort of students from the prestigious Clínica Universidad de Navarra.
Last year we designed a special Agitated/Aggressive Patient Management program for healthcare professionals in Pamplona, and this time we traveled to Madrid to deliver this training, custom-tailored and refined for their team.
It is a privilege to collaborate with hospitals and healthcare professionals who, despite having remarkably low aggression rates, demonstrate an unwavering commitment to training their staff to prevent and manage potential aggressive situations.
Thank you to the more than 120 students who participated in our training sessions over the past year. We know the path is not easy and that our methodology—based on Real-World Practice under Stress, or ES3 (Emergency Emotional Experiential Simulation)—might give your blood pressure a quick spike from the adrenaline rush! ???? Nevertheless, despite the challenges, your performance was exceptional. It has been an incredible experience!
