As part of the conference titled “Psychosis Management: From Patient Health to Operator Safety”, our professional team consisting of Andrés García, Iván Castro, Ricardo Ibáñez, and Marcos Bellever stood out once again as keynote speakers.

Held on October 17th and 18th, this event gathered 50 specialists at the prestigious Habita79 Pompeii – MGallery Collection in Pompeii, Italy, supported and directed by the Italian scientific committee.

Emergency Staff continues to strengthen its presence at conferences for specialized healthcare personnel in Italy.

For the past six years, our team has been invited to participate in these annual conferences aimed at psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to address fundamental issues in mental health and emergencies.

This year, over two days, our professional team delivered lectures focused on the Trimodal Approach to Drug Intoxication.

The sessions focused on three key pillars:

  1. Knowledge of emerging substances: Exploring the effects, risks, and evolution of novel psychoactive substances in clinical settings.
  2. 5’A Therapeutic Intervention: An intervention model centered on the therapeutic relationship and comprehensive patient care.
  3. Aggression management: Techniques for safely managing violent and aggressive situations in cases of intoxication and psychosis.

Emergency Staff reaffirms its commitment to sharing and expanding knowledge in healthcare intervention techniques for emergencies and mental health in high-risk settings.

As leaders in advanced education, we understand the need for effective strategies and up-to-date knowledge that enable immediate, safe responses in critical situations.

These international gatherings reinforce our mission to equip healthcare professionals with the tools needed for efficient and safe intervention—not only in hospitals, but also in out-of-hospital emergencies where resources can be limited and rapid action is critical. Engaging in these forums enriches our team’s training while creating a platform for exchanging best practices among European mental health and emergency specialists.
