At Emergency Staff, we are proud to announce the sixth edition of the National Forum on Emergencies and Social Issues—an event established as a benchmark in specialized training for healthcare professionals, state security forces, and firefighters. This year, the forum will take place at the Ibiza Conference Centre on March 18, 19, 20, 21, and April 1 and 2, 2025, featuring an innovative program that combines theoretical training with highly realistic practical experiences.
By organizing this forum, we reaffirm our commitment to positioning Ibiza as a strategic hub for training and knowledge exchange in emergency and social issues management. Our goal is to continue providing professionals with effective tools to confidently navigate their daily challenges.
Featured training modules: Innovation and realism
This year, our three key training programs aim to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in critical scenarios:
NIGHT & DAY Drugs 360° (March 18 & 19): A disruptive experience analyzing substance consumption and drug-facilitated sexual assault, providing essential tools for prevention and intervention.
CPAH – Control of Agitated Persons in Hostile Environments (March 20 & 21): Designed to train responders in managing high-tension situations, including assaults, gender-based violence, and attacks on professionals.
IMACC – Multidisciplinary Accident Response (April 1 & 2): Focused on effective response to traffic accidents and fires, with special emphasis on cases related to alcohol and drug consumption.
Emilio Duró at the Forum: An inspiring keynote
This year will feature a special appearance by Emilio Duró, renowned international speaker, who will deliver a keynote address on March 18th at 6:30 PM at the Jesús Auditorium. His lecture, open to the public, will address the importance of emotional management.
A special tribute to Andrés García
This edition of the Forum holds special meaning for the entire Emergency Staff team, as it is dedicated to the memory of Andrés García, co-founder of our company, who passed away on December 29th. Andrés was the soul of this project—someone whose vision and devotion left an indelible mark on health safety and emergency training. With deep respect and admiration, we reaffirm our commitment to carrying forward his work and honoring his legacy in every future edition.
An event made possible through a strong collaborative network
Staging this forum is made possible through the support of the Santa Eulària des Riu Town Council, the Consell d’Eivissa, the Ibiza Town Council, and the Department of Families and Social Affairs, along with the Institut de la Dona, the Institut Balear de la Dona, the Ministry of Equality, the State Pact against Gender-Based Violence, and the National Police. Their collaboration is essential to promoting a learning space that strengthens collective capacity to address present and future social and health challenges.
Likewise, we enjoy the valuable backing of companies such as Ushuaïa, Hï, UNVRS, O Beach, All Solutions, Policlínica, Desto, La Sirena, Gráficas Pitiusas, Fundación Pacha, Elite Bags, Servicios Palau, Dipesa, Grupo Nassau, Orenes, Ibiza Rocks, Exclusivas Miró alongside brands Granini, Aqualy, and Blackzi, and Frutería la Palentina, whose commitment to education is key to organizing the event.
