H.CON – Control of Exsanguinating Hemorrhages

Course Objectives

Understand the pathophysiology of stab and gunshot wounds.
Introduce tactical medicine principles.
Apply hemorrhage control methods and techniques.
Use direct and indirect pressure, Israeli bandages, tourniquets, and hemostatic agents.
Prepare individual and collective first aid kits.
Train in carrying and dragging techniques, as well as multidisciplinary first responder care.
