Basic Training in Emergencies with Alternative Fuel Vehicles (Level 1)

Course Objectives

Identify types of alternative fuel vehicles and their characteristics.
Apply the IID rules: Identification, Immobilization, and Disconnection.
Understand safety protocols for fires and accidents involving these vehicles.
Perform rescues in the face of imminent danger in electric vehicles.
Apply the initial response protocol.
Participate in two rotating workshops.
Practice identification and disconnection of High Voltage (HV) systems.
Apply exterior and interior immobilization.
Perform a rapid rescue of children in child seats and the Rautek maneuver.
Participate in a simulation drill.
