Course Objectives

Know the structure of the working group and roles in a rescue.
Identify personal and collective safety factors.
Choose and use common rescue knots.
Recognize the most resistant structures in a building.
Install load-sharing anchor systems and understand their technical characteristics.
Install fixed and releasable redirects.
Understand hauling, braking, and belay systems in stretcher maneuvers.
Set up, tension, and manage highlines considering their usage and load limitations.
Perform maneuvers using extension ladders.
