Extrication with light tools

Course Objectives

Learn to create interior space for victim extrication (preferably at level 0).
Learn extrication techniques through an understanding of vehicle cabins, including the manipulation and dismantling of seats.
Learn to create exterior openings using lightweight tools.
Increase knowledge regarding fasteners and hardware.
Reinforce knowledge of new structural assembly technologies (cabins and bodywork).
Learn to combine extrication techniques using both lightweight and hydraulic tools.
Expand knowledge on vehicle structures and post-accident deformities.
