CPAH – Control of Agitated/Aggressive Person (Level 1)

Course Objectives

Detect situations of agitation and risk of aggression early.
Redirect hostile situations using verbal de-escalation as a first measure.
Learn to repel an attack and safely leave the scene.
Apply action protocols in case of being cornered.
Understand the ACIS protocol.
Train in defensive and physical restraint techniques.
