Use of SCBA + Basic Fire Response

Course Objectives

Expand fire-related knowledge.
Reinforce firefighter-police collaboration during emergencies.
Understand what SCBAs (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) are.
Learn the handling, basic maintenance, and use of SCBAs.
Understand common extinguishing agents.
Analyze operations in the presence of hazardous gases.
Interpret work zones to act appropriately according to the incident.
